Protein Pumpkin Overnight Oats

protein pumpkin overnight oatsIngredients:

  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup steel cut/rolled/instant oats
  • 1 tbsp. stevia (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Add ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid and stir until ingredients are well blended. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight (roughly 8 hours). Serve cold and enjoy!
