Protein Pumpkin Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup steel cut/rolled/instant oats
- 1 tbsp. stevia (or your preferred sweetener)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Add ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid and stir until ingredients are well blended. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight (roughly 8 hours). Serve cold and enjoy!
