Sweet and Spicy Citrus Salmon
October is National Seafood Month so celebrate by trying this month’s recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 (3 ounce) salmon fillets
- Cooking spray
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp lower-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
- Place fish in a roasting pan
- Coat fish with cooking spray
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the fish.
- Pre-heat the broiler and let the fish stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Broil for 15 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature
