Best Scrambled Eggs
In honor of Better Breakfast Month try the best scrambled egg recipe packed with protein and flavor and pair with a serving of fruit or add chopped vegetables to the scramble to complete the meal. You can eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg whites
- ¼ cup of low fat cottage cheese
- ¼ cup of 2% shredded cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in bowel
- Heat small skillet over medium to medium high heat coated with cooking spray
- Add egg mixture and cook thoroughly until no longer runny
